Terms of use
These terms apply when you use PrivateCSV. They are written to be read: the tools are free, your files remain yours, and you should check results before relying on them.

The service
PrivateCSV is operated by Mohammad Auad, France. It provides free tools that process CSV, Excel, JSON and XML files inside your web browser. By using the site you accept these terms. The tools are provided free of charge and may change, be improved or be withdrawn at any time.
Your files and your results
- Your files and the results you create remain yours. We claim no rights over them, and we never receive them.
- Only process files you have the right to use.
- Check results before relying on them, especially before importing them into another system or deleting the originals. Each tool page lists known limits.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that disrupts it or harms other people, for example by attacking the servers, sending automated traffic that degrades the service, or presenting the site as your own.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code belong to its operator, except for the open-source libraries it uses, which remain under their own licenses.
No warranty
The tools are carefully built and tested, but they are provided “as is”, without any warranty that they are error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss of data, profits or business, or for indirect damages, arising from the use of the site or of the files it produces. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
