Reporting a problem with a tool
A good bug report lets us reproduce the problem quickly. Please include:
- the tool you used and what you expected to happen;
- the exact error message, or a screenshot of it;
- your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone;
- if you can, a small sample file that shows the problem.
Never send a confidential file. Replace real names, emails and amounts with made-up values first; a few rows that trigger the problem are enough.
